After another deluge. This is the 3rd wettest year in SB history. Every time the contractor digs out this area by the garage in preparation for a new retaining wall we get several inches of rain. The hole fills with water, the sides collapse and it has to be re-excavated. It's dry today but rain is predicted for tomorrow.
