John's Martini Glass Collection

Once upon a time we would drink martini's and manhattans from the same glass (each one at a time of course). But then I decided I really liked the look of an "up" martini glass. So we bought a set of inexpensive, plain glasses. Then those sly marketers at Bombay or Beefeaters (can't remember which) came out with Christmas packs that contained family-sized gin bottles and 1 very fancy glass. After the first year I was hooked. Many of those original glasses have survived years of use but the total number seems to multiply just like the sorcerer's apprentice.
